ZUCCHINI SOUR CREAM SOUPRita Dineen Roberts
In
a large saucepan, mix zucchini, onion, butter, chicken broth, vinegar, and dill.
Bring to a boil. Add Cream of Wheat, stirring rapidly. Simmer slowly for 25-30
minutes. Pour into blender or food processor and process until smooth. Just
before serving stir in sour cream. Serves 5.
